Super Stellar Friday: Observing the Planets February 3 @ 7 PM. 402 years ago Galileo discovered moons around Jupiter and viewed the phases of Venus. Learn about Galileo, Mars, Saturn, Jupiter and its moons, and phases of Venus with Discovery Center Educator Matt Amar. Then take a live look at Venus, Mars and Jupiter and its moons from the Discovery Centers observatory. The Discovery Center observatory will be open from 7-10 PM. Following the program will be a FREE Skywatch outside with the New Hampshire Astronomical Society including personal telescope advice and assistance. Telescope viewing begins at 7 PM.
