The White Mountains Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution, will hold their first meeting of the year on Saturday, May 19, 2010, gathering at 11:30 AM. The meeting will be held at the Oasis Restaurant; Main Street, Littleton. Lunch will be ordered order from the regular menu. The program, which will be presented by LTC (R) Darrel Gearhart, will be an overview on the JROTC program. A cadet from White Mountains Regional High School will also attend; they will both be available to answer questions about the program. For handicap accessibility use the rear parking lot. Guests and the public are welcome and always cordially invited to DAR meetings; however due to limited space in the meeting room, reservations are requested.
